Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Welcome to San Juan Culinary Concierge, a brand operated by Centerpiece LLC (“San Juan Culinary Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and our meal preparation and delivery services (“Services”) in the San Juan area of Puerto Rico. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

San Juan Culinary Concierge prepares fresh, ready-to-eat meals from a set weekly menu and delivers them within our service area. Menus, dishes, and pricing are described on our website and may change from time to time.

2. Orders and Menus

  • Each delivery week features six recipes, two on each delivery day. Our menu is set each week. At this time, we do not offer substitutions or custom modifications to individual dishes, nor to the quantity of each dish that is not in alignment with your selected package. The only reasonable exception is for dietary restrictions such as allergies; adjusting the order will be at our discretion.
  • Packages are sold in multiples of seven meals. A package includes a set number of portions of each of the week's six recipes, plus additional portions you may place on the dishes you like most, subject to a per-dish limit shown at checkout.
  • You may order week to week, purchase several weeks at once, or purchase a full month. Nothing renews automatically — you are only ever charged for the weeks you select.
  • Orders for a delivery week must be placed by the deadline stated at checkout (currently Saturday 11:59 PM AST before that delivery week).
  • Occasionally a week is shortened by a holiday and carries fewer than six recipes. Those weeks may be sold as packages, pro-rated, or a flat price per dish indicated in the portal, and/or there may be an order minimum.
  • We may limit quantities, decline, or cancel an order at our discretion, including when an item is unavailable.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website in U.S. dollars.
  • Applicable Puerto Rico sales tax (IVU) is added at checkout. Where a discount applies, IVU is calculated on the discounted price.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the weeks you have selected. We do not store your full card details.
  • Delivery within our service area is included in the listed price, and no tipping is required.

4. Discounts, Referrals, and Account Credit

  • New customers receive 15% off their first order. This offer may be used once only, is tied to your email address, and cannot be combined with a referral discount.
  • Referrals apply to new customers only. A friend you refer who has not ordered from us before receives 15% off their first order, and once they have paid you receive 15% off one of your own future weeks. If the person you refer has ordered from us previously, no referral discount or reward is given to either of you. Referral rewards are applied one week at a time and do not stack with the new-customer offer.
  • Discounts reduce the price of the meals and are applied before IVU is calculated.
  • ACCOUNT CREDIT IS STORE CREDIT: it is a form of payment toward future orders, not a discount on the price of your meals. Credit is applied to the total after IVU has been calculated, has no cash value, is not redeemable or refundable for cash, is not transferable, and does not expire while your account is open. Because credit is a payment method rather than a price reduction, using it does not change the taxable amount of an order.

5. Changes and Cancellations

  • You may change the size of a week or cancel it from your account before that week's deadline (currently Saturday 11:59 PM AST). Cancelling before the deadline returns the full amount you paid for that week as a credit to your account.
  • Because meals are made to order from fresh ingredients, cancelling after the week's deadline returns 50% of the amount you paid for that week as a credit to your account (ex. Sunday through Friday of that delivery week). The other 50% will not be returned to you.
  • Amounts returned are issued as account credit by default. Refunds to your original payment method may be requested but will be issued at our discretion since account credit is our default process. If you are denied a refund, you will receive the amount you are owed as account credit.
  • Changing a week's size may reset any per-dish selections you made for that week; you can adjust them again before the deadline.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver on the days and within the time windows stated on the website and/or at checkout, currently Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and/or early afternoons. Pick-up is currently not available, only delivery.
  • Deliveries are limited to our service area. Your delivery address is checked at sign-up, and we will tell you at that point if we cannot yet reach you.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for arranging safe receipt of your meals. We are not responsible for meals left according to your delivery instructions.
  • Reusable containers, ice packs, and delivery bags remain our property. Please rinse containers after use and return them at an upcoming delivery. We handle the cleaning and sanitizing of our property. Furthermore, should you cease our services temporarily or indefinitely, we reserve the right to collect the containers, ice packs, and/or delivery bags.

7. Food Safety, Allergens, and Storage

  • Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, sesame, nuts, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free from any allergen.
  • You are responsible for reviewing meal descriptions and for informing us of allergies or dietary restrictions for each individual you intend to consume our food (ex. spouses, children), and for keeping that information up to date in your account. Providing this information does not guarantee a meal will be suitable for you and/or any consumer of our food. If you have food allergies or dietary sensitivities, please contact us before ordering. By purchasing our meals, you acknowledge that food allergies and sensitivities can develop over time. San Juan Culinary Concierge is not responsible for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, newly developed allergies, or individual food sensitivities.
  • Refrigerate meals promptly, follow the storage and reheating instructions on each label, and consume by the date indicated and/or within 6 days of delivery. We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery. We are also not responsible for issues caused by power outages, water outages, or man-made or natural disasters affecting where and/or how you store your purchased meals.

8. Accounts and Shared Access

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
  • You may invite another person to your account. Anyone with access to your account can view your orders and delivery details and place orders that are charged to your account. Orders placed by an invited person are treated as orders by the account holder.

9. Something Wrong With Your Order

If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include a credit or replacement. Credits and refunds beyond those described in Section 5 are provided at our discretion.

10. Health Disclaimer

Nutrition information, when provided, is an estimate. Our Services are not medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making dietary decisions, especially if you have a medical condition or allergy, or are pregnant or nursing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photographs, logos, and branding, is owned by San Juan Culinary Concierge and may not be used without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Juan Culinary Concierge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
