How we operate
We aren't a traditional meal prep — and for a reason.
Fresh recipes, every week
We post the menu for the entire month — each week starts on Monday. Every week has 6 unique recipes and each person receives one portion per recipe depending on the package, plus you’ll choose which recipe you wish to have a second portion of to reach your total weekly meal package.
Saturday at midnight (AST)
Orders for the following week need to be placed by EOD Saturday at midnight (AST). All orders require a weekly commitment. To pause any meals due to travel, provide 48 hours notice. Customer portal coming soon!

To ensure peak freshness and diverse offerings, we have 3 deliveries per week to your home or office.
BPA-free, spill-proof tupperware
To reduce plastic waste, we use BPA-free, spill-proof tupperware containers for a mess-free experience. Customers commit to exchanging used containers at a future delivery, and we will clean.
